Everything is very clean, customer service is amazing, and food also tasty.If you have any questions regarding anything you can ask to reception and they will help you as much as they can. The room service is also very professional 👌
We loved the views from our room's ample terrace and the staff were lovely! The area has everything too and well-connected to Palma

We only stayed here for 3 nights in November, but what a great hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, rooms clean and well equipped spacious nice sea view from balcony, had a look at the pool but never used it. Breakfast was excellent so much choice. Had dinner here too 20 euros a person buffet eat as much as you like, good food, great selection. Highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again.
Lovely hotel. The staff are very polite and helpful. The pools and areas around are kept immaculate. We loved the breakfast so much to choose from. The room was well appointed. Even though it was October the room was a bit warm and the aircon didn’t really work :( that’s my only criticism
Only stayed for a short break but the welcome and service was second to none, rooms were cleaned everyday, location was excellent and only five minutes from the airport, Taxi's around 15 euro's each way, bargain.
We had BnB and the choice was brilliant, fresh omelettes, back bacon plus the normal but very good quality choice of continental, something to please everyone.
Drinks in the hotel bar were surprising good value for money less than three euro's a pint, better value than most bars.
Overall we'd recommend the BQ Apolo Hotel to anyone, didn't see many children but there was an outdoor and indoor pool to keep them occupied, good choice of bars and restaurants near by, and Palma city which is a must see is only five minutes away by taxi, which the hotel can organise for you, again around 15 euro's
