Excellant hotel, large room good bed and wonderful shower. Quiet hotel with beaches in 10 minutes walking distance. Great pool but outstanding staff. Big choice of food for breakfast and dinner. Travel with Ving and their baggage and in checking at hotel saved stress at airport. No ques for delivery or boarding pass.
To be honest the food maybe lovely we didn’t wait to find out & I very rarely write a bad review but on finding a table which was unfortunately not big enough for our group so we moved 2 together like we have done in many restaurants with no issue & staff normally very friendly but on this occasion my husband went to ask for a high chair for our 1 year old granddaughter & the waiter just wanted to very rude as we hadn’t asked to move the table ! My husband asked again only for him to repeat next time ASK !!! Needless to say our party although very hungry & tired decided to go back to another restaurant where we had always been made very welcome. Apologies for staff working here who would never be so rude to customers that they decide to take our custom elsewhere. Note to managers , more staff training needed !!!
The best team ever!! We were in Mallorca for 6 days and every night we came back. The food is delicious, the drinks are amazing. The service was amazing, they are so kind. I loved the live music what they have every night!!! I recommend this place from all of my heart!!! Thanks for these amazing nights.

We venture here for wine, beautiful views, excellent personal service and a warm and welcoming ambience. We are never disappointed.

Patricia,Adrian,Teo and Domi add to this wonderful team of staff and they make the whole experience even better. We can say if it wasn't for them and their personal service we probably wouldn't return year after year.
