Absolutely loved every minute at this marvellous hotel. Lovely smooth check in. Fabulous large room with 3 beds even though I was a solo traveller. Beach on your doorstep. Fabulous rooftop pool wirh Fabulous staff. Fantastic breakfast daily. I will be back and felt very safe as a sole female traveller. The staff are wonderful,helpful and always smiling 😃

After reading some of the lower rated reviews on this hotel, I was hesitant before arriving however the experience as a whole was great. My flight got cancelled on the Monday that I was meant to arrive and I had rescheduled my flight for the Thursday the same week, the hotel was so accommodating and held my room for me until I arrived and even offered my dinner on arrival late in the evening. My stay was cut short due to my flight being cancelled to only 4 days however I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at the hotel. The room as clean and well air conditioned and it came with a balcony which faced inwards towards others rooms and a neighboring hotel which was not a problem for me. The staff were all very polite and helped with everything I asked. I had booked the spa two days in a row during the mornings and it made the experience even better having the pool on the bottom floor all too myself for a good hour. The only reason I have not given it 5 stars is because of the lack of variety with the food options in the evening as it wasn't to my taste but the breakfast was very good and there was a lot to choose from. I would happily stay here again and take the lower rated reviews with a pinch of salt.

After reading the reviews here, we purposely booked a top floor room with views of the water. The room was great, and the balcony was even better. It had a terrific view!
The bed was comfortable. The A/C was weak but eventually worked. The bathroom had weak shower pressure but good hot water.
The breakfast was large and diverse.
The location is near the marina was helpful since we were catching a boat.
One big negative is the rooftop pool closes early! They shut it down at 6p - but for good reason: people start getting drunk and acting out. We saw a group of drunk young men start diving into the shallow pool. Yikes!
Note that this is one of the only hotels that will let you stay for one night.
Oh, as others have said, the front desk staff isn’t exactly nice, but they aren’t slow or ineffective.
Just remember that you’re staying here because of price and location. Don’t expect luxury.

Nautic Hotel & Spa
I stayed in April 2024 and the stay was pretty average. Hotel is clean and staff friendly and the food is ok for a what I paid for a single room. Cycling storage facilities are good. The issue with the Nautic is that they have some of the worst rooms in the resort. I am referring to their internal facing rooms which are dark and dingy and with a small courtyard outside space off about 2 metres with a 4/5 hotel block at the back allowing very little sunlight and no view. The hotel was not full and all over the place at reception and in the lift there were notices to upgrade your room for 45 euro. No thanks - there are much better hotels in the resort for the same price. I would not stay again.

absolute dump. sell rooms online they dont have in stock, ask for a quiet room, get given a room opposite a bar with god-awful karaoke squaking all night, management the usual lazy surly spanish idiots who dont give a damn once they have your money, Avoid like the plague.
