Each time we visit Mijas we come into this tiny little church, sit down and enjoy. Last time five years ago it was looking as if it needed some paintwork freshened up. Now it is looking absolutely gorgeous. I always think of the history of it and of the people who prayed here. Some little sheets had been left on seats and Iicked one up. Translated it and it made me feel so good...due to the wording and the fact that someone had left these perhaps thinking that they would serve to uplift it did.
Church is situated close to Main Square

A lovely little church. Ideal if you want to renew your marriage vows then walk up the 4 doors to Aroma Restaurant & Secret Garden for the reception. With its great big solid oak doors, you wouldnt hear a thing outside. Just beautiful and peaceful

Typical, pretty little Spanish church that provides a moment of calm away from the tourist bustle of Mijas

Nice little church on the main path. Worth a peak, but don't go out of your way to see it. There are other churches in the area that are truly interesting, like the chapel of the Virgin of the Rock

Right in the middle of the bustling white village you can find the tiny church of San Sebastion. It really is small with one nave. The statue of San Sebastion really stands out. This small house of God is so peaceful and it is very pleasant to just sit and reflect for a while.
