It's a nice place a bit away from the tourist shops/restaurants. We had fish anti pasti (15€), callamari fritti for the kids (18€), risotto (13€) and home made noodles with fish (18€). It was not cheap but very good and I can recommend the restaurant. They served sparkling and none sparkling water for free and a little starter (fried potatos)

Took my wife and young kids here and had a lovely seafood pasta each for the adults. I asked for a simple tomato pasta (pasta with a tomato sauce) for the kids which was also catered for. The staff were lovely and the restaurant has a nice local atmosphere, they even have a toilet-seat in the toilets (not a given in southern Italian restaurants).

I have docked a star because they charged €10/plate for the kids meals which, for pasta with tomato sauce on, seems a lot..

This is the best fish restaurant I have ever been in, the food was superb. I was working in the area a few weeks ago for about ten days, in this time I ate here three times. The restaurant is very comfortable and welcoming, Peppone is a great host, and his staff are great. The flavours of the food are absolutely fantastic, every dish is uniquely delicious, and the food just doesnt stop coming to your table, in fact the second and third time I went, I had to tell them to stop bringing anymore fish out. A great quirky little restaurant, great service, great portions, fantastic food, and if your lucky you might get to see and meet local legend and celebrity Capitain Mateo, enjoy

Food is fantastic.

The starters alone were enough to fill and satisfy us for the evening. Combination of Italian classics and the best of the sea made for an incredible 12 plate spread.

For mains we had the mixed basket of fried fish and the Scialatielli antica Sicilia - highly recommend the Scialatielli for something special. These particular flavours made for a delicately balanced plate of something wonderfully unique.

Rustic sea hut atmosphere - warm and inviting. Couples, family, singles, or all of the above.

Thank Francesco M
