Nice place to stay, if you have transportation to the surrounding areas. Not far from Naples, and close to our family. Mall was nice for the kids to escape to. Staff is friendly and helpful. Loved Rafaella the bartender.

First, let's start with the hotel. It's good if you want to stay outside of Naples and have a car to drive places. The hotel is nice and modern and the rooms are good and very clean. The staff were friendly, but it wasn't a very busy hotel. Breakfast didn't have too much variety. The elevator stopped working sometimes which was odd, but thank goodness the doors were clear glass so that someone can see us and fix it right away.

Now onto the mall! The mall was big and very creative! Being in the shape of a volcano is very cool! There were a lot of stores so good shopping! However, the employees working at the stores were mostly rude. You would speak English to them and they would look TERRIFIED! BUT you would tell them you're from Toronto and they would be so nice to you! I think maybe they don't like Americans... who knows! There was a really good pizza restaurant in the mall though, was so good!!

I know the hotel has nothing to do with the mall, but just a heads up for any english speaking tourists !

Overall, a good experience!

We stayed here for a week while exploring Naples and the surrounding area for a brief family break.

The hotel itself was great, the breakfasts pleasant with plenty of choice, and the staff were all very friendly, helpful and courteous.

We'd have no problems recommending this hotel, though you'll definitely need a car to get around from here.

20-30 minute drive to Pompeii / Herculaneum, but a pretty easy journey on the motorways using a satnav.

Attractive hotel with impressive foyer and the rooms are very nice and modern. However some major improvements are required with the housekeeping and reception staff.

The coffee/tea facilities were never replaced after use also the cups were not cleaned or replaced with new ones - very disappointing.

We had an issue with our bedroom door not locking, we told reception and it took two days to fix! So our belongings were left unsafe whilst we were out and anyone could have come into the room whilst we were sleeping.

Upon checkout the receptionist asked if everything was okay so I responsed with the above comments but she just smiled and said okay. No real apology or offer to wave the bar tab which would have be a small but nice gesture.

We though this hotel close by the airport it's actually 25 minutes drive mind you the taxi driver drove like 160 km/ hour.
If you arrange shuttle from the hotel they will only call one guy and it will cost you 50 euro from the airport to the hotel.
Now housekeeping, first morning we stayed there we don't required the room to be service while we out to Pompeii, I hang do not disturb sign on the door. Our stuff were still all over the place after we arrived at night so thinking I don't want anyone come I to our room just yet.
Came back from Pompeii, room was clean and the do not disturb signed take away? Went down to reception and ask her they come in as it is breach guest privacy? You get no reply from the reception not even a sorry.
The next day on the check out day, it was only 10 am, before check out time, again housekeeping knocking the door wants to come in and clean the room, I replied from the inside that we are not check out just yet. I don't understand why this housekeeping like to come Inside guest room while been told not to or is not time to check out yet. I had funny feeling about that.
There are 2 girls at the reception who are quite friendly Madalina and Nunzi.thank you girls for the hospitality.
Btw anywhere you want to go with taxi it's seem to be always the same guy who took the job. The 50 euro guy.
