Stayed here 1 night on our trip with 2 small kids to Austria. The hotel is very clean. Rooms are basic, but well maintained, spacious and comfortabel. Staff is very friendly. Good choice of breakfast. Price is very reasonable. Alltogether excellent price:quality.
We just returned from a 3 night stay visiting Legoland. The family room was spacious and the staff were all very friendly. They went above and beyond on helping us with what we needed during our stay. Breakfast was also great with lots to choose from. All round it was a very pleasant experience. We definitely recommend and will return on our next trip to Legoland.
I got a room in the souteraine, but it was ok. Checikn was convenient as checkout. For travellers, there is a gas station and a super market not far away. The room was quiet, the bed good. The bathromm was ok, the shower a bit small.
Breaky was good, and shows a good variety of things like fresh fruit, bread, sausage, cheese, jam, cerelas, coffe, tea, juices and so forth. The people were helpful.
It is a garni, what means no restaurant at site, but there are enough available in Guenzburg center, what is not far away.
The next time again...
We were there for one night. We stayed in a really nice room for 3. The staff was friendly and they helped us with what we needed. The breakfast was very good and the time table was good. Recommend the place.
We stayed at Hotel Bettina for 3 nights as part of our visit to Legoland. We were 2 families of 7 people in 2 rooms. Lovely little establishment, quiet, clean with a great morning breakfast and friendly staff. Close to legoland, supermarket and to downtown Gunzburg. Also has air condition if needed :) the best!!
