Great Hotel, centrally located with easy access to Legoland! The majority of visitors are here for the themepark, but the great breakfast buffet, large rooms and good location make this a great choice of a hotel for a few nights! The Hotel is very family friendly, with a little play-area and a playground within walking distance! Good Restaurants near by.

The hotel was nice, rooms a little small, but not bad. The only big problem I had with the room was that it doesn't have air conditioning, in 30 degree weather it is at least 32 degrees in the room. This wasn't just our room tho, there is no air conditioning anywhere in the entire hotel.

Visiting Gunzburg for a few days on business, I was booked into this hotel. I am used to large chain hotels, so I was reluctant at first.
Know this, when you first visit the hotel if you've never been to the area can be confusing. There is not clear direction on where to park. (Please note that there is a parking garage right next to the hotel. Park there. The hotel validates your parking.)
Now that I'm parked, the hotel staff is amazing at welcoming you. Everyone I dealt with spoke english quite well, and that was greatly appreciated as I spek very little German.
The room is perfectly sized (for one person) and it's clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows are very comfortable.
The breakfast buffet was delicious and well stocked.
The hotel is located just two blocks from the Gunzburg pedestrian street where you can find great little shops, fantastic restaurants, and some wonderful people watching.
I really have no complaints about this property. This will be the place I stay when I return to Gunzburg.
(Final note: this place is a short distance to Gunzburg's Legoland so there are ALWAYS kids running around. Thankfully, this wasn't an issue at all while I was there.)

We had three nights at the hotel. The breakfast buffet was really nice with a large variety of breads, cold-cuts, eggs, sausage etc. The beds really comfy. Nice large bathroom. But. Our room faced a large park where the locals liked to hang out - and with the weather being really nice that resulted in some smaller parties/groups of people having out. And they were not exactly quiet, unfortunately. Since there is no air-con in the rooms it must become pretty unbearable in the summer when the windows have to stay shut because of the noice from the park... Ask for a room facing away from the park......

The hotel is very good. We stayed in a family room with a lot of space and good bed for the children. The bathroom is huge. Our children enjoyed the swing inside the bedroom as well as the 2 swings in the entrance. We couldn't use the bycicles due to our short stay but it is also a plus for children.
The breakfast is amazing!! I loved the children area but also the variety of products in such little space.
Our kids received a nice pack of a backpack with spyglass and activity book. It is a nice detail.
Our only disappointment was related to the children playing area as it was closed due to COVID. We had been just before in other hotel in Nürnberg and the children area was available so I think it might be open as it is one of the key attractions for kids.
