We arrived at arromanches at 8.45pm and were turned away by 2 restaurants who were no longer serving. The waiter in this restaurant was very pleasant and offered us a main course. Choice of food looked good however quality of the beef bourgignon was sub standard with fatty meat and bacon pieces, also a lack of red wine, one of the main ingredients!! The moules a la creme were excellent but the frites were not good, looked like they had been around for some time. Female waitress we noted was very efficient and pleasant when dealing with the bill.
