We eat here a few times a year, staying at the hotel a stone's throw away. Usually, we have just gotten off of an international flight and are pretty jet-lagged. We usually to go to the bar area, plop ourselves into a booth and yes, I will admit, order the same thing: ribeye and a bottle of Federalist red. Now, we can break out of our shell and decide to get a martini. If we are in a crash and burn mode without an early morning flight the next day.
Outback cooks our shared steak rare, puts butter on one side of the baked potato (mine) and everything on the other side (his). Always get an extra plate, and 2 plates with our shared caesar salad. Water with no ice? Of course, no problem.
Thank you, Outback, for sating my beef lust after a couple of months in thin-steak Europe. And, thanks for always saying "sure" and following through. Solid choice for a pleasant evening meal, usually with a bartender that is outrageous!
