Had a business lunch with 5 colleagues and it turned out to be a feast. We started with the hot and sour soup which was decent. Followed up by delicious crispy egg rolls. Then came the highlight, the Peking Duck, a dish that makes this restaurant famous. The duck is brought to the table, and sliced. The skin is crispy and delicious and the meat is succulent. It is complimented by a sweet plum sauce and cucumbers in a pancake. It is delicious.
We also enjoyed the beef with ginger, which had slices of ginger and soft chucks of beef in a gravy. Another dish that was cooked beautifully was the Chilean Sea Bass in Black Bean sauce.
The lunch menu is cheaper than the dinner menu and the food is excellent. The service was also fantastic.
