With a large, fully-serviceable kitchen, we baked bread and muffins, made homemade pizzas, and pasta, and even pancakes and bacon with no shortage of cookware. A washer /dryer helped us do a quick load of laundry after a day on the ski slopes. The living room/eating area was spacious for me and 6 teens- we had a wonderful time. It was very homey with a package of cookies and hot cocoa packages greeting us upon arrival. My only advice is to bring a bathtub drain plug if you crave a bath; the shower and mattresses were all quite comfy-cozy. I felt as though we could have stayed here for weeks and been very comfortable. It was really nothing at all like a cookie cutter hotel room. My kids loved that we were out in the country and what a very beautiful view of the valley out the 5 or 6- sided bay window. p.s. Thanks so much Sheryl, for your timely email and text responses! We will be back! One thing I should mention is that we did have to climb a flight of stairs, as this is the 2nd story of the farmhouse that we rented. Once you are in the unit however, it is all on the same level.
