My entire family loves Pho Hong! This is our wholesome Viet/Thai preferred replacement to greasy Chinese food Take-out. Fresh veggies and proteins that taste amazing and feel great to eat! We love the spicy eggplant, curries, chicken Pho, and tiger rolls. Often long wait for a table at dinner time on the weekends- weekend takeout can take a bit of time. Just Call ahead! Also BYOB and a few outdoor tables.

This place had pretty good reviews, so we took a chance and went in the middle of the afternoon, around 2;30 to avoid the lunch and dinner rushes. We had a table within 5 minutes and our food came quickly. We had both the fried and the cold spring rolls. We all like the cold ones more. We split and crepe with tofu. I thought it was delicious. My husband and daughter thought that is was a bit oily. We also split a #22 stir fry vegetable dish that we all loved. The service was super nice and friendly. I will try the pho next time.

This food was out of this planet.
I cant believe it. I'd move here just to eat here on a regular basis. This is a lucky town.

The pho was probably the best I've had outside of south east Asia. I had the veggie pho and my boyfriend had the chicken. He said the same thing. Best of his life. It's also just so nice to order vegetarian pho and not get water instead of a lovely flavorful broth. The vegetables were big and bright and fresh! Absolutely delicious. Not overcooked at all.
The portion size was amazing and at a very good price.

The front of house staff were very attentive and hard working. As someone who works in hospitality this whole experience was refreshing and delightful.

28 stars out of 5.

We went on a Tuesday for dinner at around 6:30 and waited 45 minutes for a table. The food is definitely good, especially the phos. Go early and enjoy the food!

Pho Hong seats 34, which results in a queue for inside seating, and it is one of the more popular take-out eateries in the are. Their popularity means that the kitchen is hopping to meet these orders; this place works on the ordered chaos theory. We were lucky to have gotten a table shortly after arriving, and ordered appetizers and meals. From other Trip Advisor reviews, their spring and Vietnamese (Chai Gio Chai) rolls were ordered and brought quickly, and both of these were very good (albeit the Chai GIo Chai were a bit oily). With the anticipation of a highly recommended eatery, we didn't mind the wait as styrofoam boxes streamed out of the kitchen and bowls of Pho managed to appear sporadically to those seated at the tables. When our meals arrived the Pho Tai was much better than the Com Xurong Tom Nurong (1 grilled shrimp served atop grilled pork and white rice). The grilled shrimp was rubber, the grilled pork close to leather, but the white rice and fresh vegetables were fine. The dumplings in the Pho were stuffed with meatballs, which were tasty, but the dumpling was thick and undercooked. Disappointing evening for us; might not be disappointing on another day.
