The restaurant changed hands last summer or fall.
Last I heard, it was closed for maintenance.
Call before visiting.

Like another review said, new name, new owners. We wanted to give takeout a try and we live about 30 minutes away so we called it in and like the old restaurant they don't give out numbers, they just take your phone number. We went in to pick it up and no record of order or phone number. No one really seemed to care about that very much either. With few other choices in the area we placed the order again and waited. Got it home and saw the brown bag literally soaked in grease. Took everything out in sink because everything was greasy. Spring rolls so greasy even after using a dozen paper towels they were inedible. Pork fried rice was hard and crusty as if it was in steam tray for several days...in the trash that goes. Beef terriaki was also greasy and way too salty. We split one and the rest went...well, you know the answer by now. Low mein noodles were very thin like angel hair pasta soaked in garlicky soy sauce... Tasted old so that was tossed too. Haven't tried the crunchy noodles or fortune cookies... Took another drive to get pizza. Stay away..the food is literally garbage.

Best hot and sour soup I can remember and the meal did not go downhill. I ordered Szechwan beef in black pepper sauce. Very interesting for my first impression was that it was under seasoned. I just had to give the after flavors time to kick. Excellent--I'll do it again.

My companions both ordered from the combination plates and were very satisfied. Very large portions.

Beautiful views of the Connecticut River. Went for the buffet. We did not order as not many people in restaurant and buffet looked dried out. Ordered shrimp and asparagus special. It came with white rice. Light brown sauce. Asparagus was chopped up, tough lower part as well. It was cooked beautifully, just didn't enjoy picking out all the tough asparagus shoots. Was not worth the price of $16.00. If you order soda you are charged for each small glass.

Just has not aged well. Prices have gone up but quality and service has gone down. Out dated for the prices you pay. Shame.
