The Downtown Provo Cottage was our group's home away from home for a three day weekend. This property has everything one could possibly need, from all the imaginable kitchen appliances, to a two car garage, and multiple bathrooms. Three bedrooms and two full baths are upstairs, including one master suite with a soaking tub. Though we didn't use it, there was a washer/dryer as well, and every single bedroom had plenty of extra blankets, and extremely comfortable beds - one king/ two queens. There is a powder room on the main level, and another with the basement rec room, which has a 62 inch flat screen tv, a huge bean bag chair, and a very large L shaped couch that makes into a queen bed. There is a 4" thick fabulous foam topper for this bed, which makes it very comfortable, and effectively a 4th bedroom, complete with a door and a gas fireplace. The layout is very effective for private, restful sleeping for up to 8 guests, and there are plenty of very high quality linens for beds and towels too. The Cottage is literally around the block from Old Town Provo, with a number of different types of restaurants, bakeries, and ice cream shops. The only caution would be that this condo has two sets of stairs to go up to bedrooms or down to the rec room - there are no bedrooms on the main level, which might be an access issue for some. We would go back in a heartbeat.
We stayed here for four nights when we went to visit our daughter who is attending BYU over Easter. The Condo had everything we needed in the kitchen to help us prepare our Easter dinner. We loved our stay here and will love to stay again when we come back! It was a very comfortable home away from home. Thank you for letting us stay!
