We were disappointed with the unit overall. The unit was on a steep hill, with steps to the front door and more steps up into the unit, then a third set of steps to the bedroom. Would definitely be a challenge for people with limited mobility or young children. Walking to town & transportation center was difficult- steep hill, icy, no side walk. The unit was beautifully decorated but tiny. On the main floor, the kitchen was nice but took up the whole main floor. There was only one small couch and one small chair in the family room area- very tight for a unit that is supposed to sleep 6-8. The bedrooms were tiny- not any furniture other than the beds. We had a number of maintenance issues while we were there- the hot tub never did work- and spent way too much time on the phone with the property manager trying to get them fixed. They were responsive, but who wants to spend their vacation trying to get things fixed? Advice if you visit Park City over the holidays- book EVERYTHING in advance. It was difficult to get any restaurant reservations or even to rent skis. I would recommend renting a car with this unit, as there is a nice garage and you can't walk to any grocery store. The bus system for skiing was convenient but the town lift for Park City was not a good option- which is one aspect of the unit that we felt was misrepresented. So, generally the unit was fine but completely overpriced for what it was. We were limited in our options because we were only able to stay for 5 nights, and if we had 7 nights to stay we would have rented a much better property for the price that we paid.
