My husband and I were pleasantly impressed with the facility. The 2 bedroom suite we stayed in had beautiful views of the mountain. It was quiet and quite spacious. We had 2 fireplaces and a balcony, and the king room bath had two shower heads! The kitchen was fully stocked with a coffee maker, pots and pans and dishes. I couldn't believe you could purchase some groceries in the lobby shop, making it unnecessary to have a car and run to the grocery for basic meals. While we didn't do that, we did enjoy the coffee shop and prepared food that was available there, and tried the restaurant take out food also.
The space is more than enough room for an entire family and we definitely plan to return with the kids. We loved the heated pool/jacuzzi and the workout room. We did not try the spa although it is nice to know it was available. And while we didn't ski this visit, I was pleased to see the hotel was literally right next to the gondola and had the best ski-in/ski-out access to the mountain I could expect. There is free ski storage and it looked like lessons left right from the lobby. This is going to be our ski destination of choice, but we might try it in the summer also (the golf course looked promising).More
