The room was not clean. The couch had a disgusting stain. The shower rod was broken do the curtain would not stay closed. Water would spray on the floor. The bed was comfy and there was little hall noise.

Overall, even though we had an issue in the middle of the night with a toilet overflowing, the stay was good. We were close to all the attractions in the area, had resturants close enough to walk to, and easy access from the freeway to the location. The parking was good as well.

Room smelled and building smelled, told staff and we got a spray of glade in our room, resolved nothing and no WiFi at all, I don’t understand why advertising free WiFi but you must be located at one end of hotel for that to work!

We apologize for any inconvenience, we have since had our entire network and extenders replaced and updated for the Wifi. Do not trust a hotel that would allow a scrammer to call in to your room to get money out of you. The place did not smell well and was hot. We had to turn the air on in our room and wait for it to cool. Just had a dirty feel to the place. The hotel desk staff was nice though.

Thank you for your recent stay with us. We appreciate you taking the time to provide your comments. Unfortunately, for walk-in guests, the a/c units are not on in those rooms and it does take a little while to cool off in this Texas heat. We are aware of a nationwide scam where callers are asking to be transferred to random room numbers and they are asking for credit card information from our guests. Our customer service policy is to never refuse an incoming caller when they ask to be transferred to a specific room number. We are not able to determine the origin of the call under those circumstances. We advise to never provide any personal information over the phone in any situation. We take pride in providing the best customer service for our guests and we look forward to being able to serve you better in the future. Again, thank you for your feedback.

The hotel had no ice, a terrible breakfast, didn’t vacuum our room between nights. The coffee was bad. The juices at the breakfast was never refilled and wasn’t cold. The room air conditioner didn’t really cool the room well.

Had some of these issues been brought to our attention at the time, we would have gladly made every attempt to correct them such as changing your room to one with a better a/c unit and showing you how to work the ice machine.
