6 adults 3 children (10 4 and 2) We arrived at the hotel at midnight (airport 15 to 20 mins away depending drop offs) check in was fast and Hayley the rep was there to greet us. We took our stuff to the bungalow and went to the restaurant for food which was lovely. Our bungalow was right by the main pool which had a lovely view :) our bungalow was well equipped with everything! And sooo clean one of the best I've stayed in regular cleaning change of towels and changed our bed. The animation team were fab so friendly and done there best for all ages kids teens and adults!:) for all inclusive it was one of the best I had the choice all through the days/night was Brill and the themed nights were Brill esp the bbq nights :) the pool areas were well looked after and had plenty of sun loungers. The staff in the restaurant were also very helpful and very friendly :) the hotel is in a fab location for bars restaurants shops we really enjoyed the Dublin pub across the road to the left great atmosphere and the singers were great :) the Chinese restaurant eat all u want for 7.50 euros was lush food it's by the shopping centre by the park upstairs :) we also had lovely food in Los Angeles which has an elvis singer :) siam park was included all week and was a free bus there and back which was great :) Los cristianos was quite close could have a taxi for 5 euros or 20mins walk down the beach :) we also went to see the drag show in MHT which was a fab night with a 3 course meal they were so funny for the kids and adults :) another high light was loro parque it is 1 hour and 15mins away but was a good day out :) the only down fall it had the entertainment wasn't really good and finished at 10 pm other places I've stayed do more of a variety and are on until late. this holiday was a good one and will definitely be returning!!:)

My husband I and 3 children (11,6 and 1) stayed here from 5th May to 19th May and we had a brilliant time
• check in was quick and the rep hayley was there to greet us and actually helped my husband with our 4 cases as I'm 6 months pregnant, she then pushed the trolley with cases on and showed us to our bungalow we couldn't of had a nicer welcome hayley was great with the kids and put them at ease straight away

• bungalows, we upgraded to a 2 bed when we booked and we were very glad we did otherwise 11 and 6 year old would have been sleeping in lounge area, the bungalow was lovely and big and had tons of storage, the beds were very comfortable and had loads of pillows which I very much appreciated, TV was great and has several English channels for adults and kids, we found the ceiling fans were adequate and we didn't need air con like some reviewers have said, maid service was excellent and they were all extremely friendly. We were in bungalow 87 which isn't near the pools and was on the outer edge but was a 50 second walk away and felt very close to everything also very quiet and safe
• restaurant was excellent breakfast being the best meal I love pancakes and had them everyday but all food was good and my kids loved the choice of ice cream flavours everyday, themed nights were great and everyone always found something to eat staff were brilliant and could not do enough for you, only grumble would be other guests letting small children get their own food we witnessed small kids touching food and putting it back also they would make a terrible mess trying to get their own ice cream creating big queues I got all my children's food for them while they stood next to me and chose other parents were just being lazy but that's not the hotels fault

•pools were all lovely and we spent all our time in the kids pool with the big green slide everywhere was clean and we always got sunbeds even when we were late for breakfast at 10ish
• we didn't really watch the entertainment as we liked sitting outside and it would have been nice if it had been outside

we loved it here and didn't want to leave only thing that annoyed us was the large amount of German guests who we found to be extremely rude in the restaurant and pool

definitely visit the monkey park and jungle park they were excellent siam was great for older kids and we went bcos it was free but I would advise against aqualand which was dangerous and dirty
best shop for water and stuff was across the road and to the left about 50m
overall we loved it :)

Stayed here with my partner and our 6 year old daughter. It was fantastic! The staff on reception when we arrived were lovely (as they were every day) - check in was super quick and off we went to our bungalow - we'd gone for a kids bungalow and didn't regret it. A lovely big bed in the master room, a fabulous room for our daughter, a cute bathroom, lounge and kitchen. Air conditioning was great to have too! Not a single complaint could be made - the room was serviced daily (bar Wednesday) and we were left plenty of towels each day. The housekeeping staff took lots of pride in their work and were always very friendly and had a smile.

There was plenty of choice on the buffet and I loved the self service drink sections.

The animation team were all fantastic (especially Ricgo (sorry about spelling!) - where does he get his energy from??!?! :) ) - so enthusiastic and willing to have a laugh! We all had lots of fun trying out the different games and aqua gym. :) Our daughter joined the kids club on one day and loved it (we were too busy doing other things on site for her to go more!). The kids disco was fun on the evenings too.
Whilst some of the evening entertainment might not be for some, it was great for us and our little girl - we all joined in and had a great time. The bar staff in there were lovely too and nothing was too much (which was genuinely the case for all the staff).

We were lucky and it was pretty quiet when we were there, it started filling up towards the end of the week and you then notice that the sun loungers could be an ssue, however all the bungalows have sun loungers on their decks so you could go back and sit there at really busy times.

I honestly can't praise it enough - it was a lovely place and so relaxing for us all.

We are looking at coming back next year! :)

Room tip: Loved bungalow 61, just around the corner from the children's pool. :)

Stayed here from 24th of April for 1 week with my husband. Allocated room 129 over looking the main pool, excellent position, no noise at night but hotel was quite quiet when we were there. Not a lot of British people but a lot arrived near the end of our week.
Good points- location is excellent right in the middle of everything but you wouldn't know it as no noise. Food was very good and I'm quite fussy for food. Staff work very hard and very professional, room cleaned immaculately and only 1 day maids didn't come. Alcohol STRONG!! Cocktails included which was good.

Not so good points- bed was brick hard and we both woke every morning with aching backs. The entertainment was okish, some nights better than others. Big negative for us was that there was no air conditioning only a ceiling fan which tbh didn't make much difference. A nice touch would've been a bottle of water in the fridge on our arrival, think it's the first AI we haven't had refreshments in fridge.

On the whole it's a lovely place and I would certainly return if they changed the beds and installed air con.
