Vintage style, quiet hotel. Seemed to be lots of couple and guests wanting something quiet not in the middle of the busy areas. Nice rooms, well decorated and everything was clean and tidy. Staff friendly. We went at a very quiet time of year so not much going on in the evenings, although the Hotel did have a couple of awesome Spanish guitarist come in one night. Only downside was lack of parking, although you don't really need a car as you can walk to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants etc. It is hilly though so foks with mobility issues would probably struggle.

This hotel is in a great location, close to the beach and a few bars but only a 10/15 minute walk away from the hustle and bustle and nightlife. There was 3 of us sharing a room and the room was a great size, plenty of space for 3 girls and all their clothes. The only downside is that our room was below the breakfast room, so can get quite noisy with scrapping chairs and heavy footed people above (but that's hardly the hotel's fault), but just something to be aware of. This is my second time back to Santa Ponsa and would highly recommend both the resort and hotel.

Just back from a weeks holiday in this hotel we had a wonderful break. Large room overlooking the garden the hotel had a lovely pool area with very nice bar. Breakfast was excellent a full continental spread with lovely coffee. Really enjoyed our stay the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Very close to the beach and plenty of nightlife near by.

My husband and I returned last night from a 4 day break staying in this fantastic hotel - in fact we were the last guests of the summer! We found this hotel to be relaxation at its best - being one of only 8 couples staying here at the end of October it was extremely peaceful. The terrace and pool area is probably one of the best I've ever relaxed in (obviously it would be busier in high summer but the end of October is just perfect!). The music played of a day was subtle and added to the relaxing atmosphere around the pool. We also really enjoyed having drinks by the pool of a night and the pool area was lit up beautifully with accompanying music playing in the background. We only booked a standard room which was clean and suited our needs - perhaps more than one plug socket in the bedroom would be better but wasn't a massive issue. The staff were lovely and made sure we enjoyed our stay and always said good morning etc. Even though the hotel was closing on our last day they arranged for us to use the amenities of the hotel opposite until our pick up - not on patch on this hotel in our opinion!
I would definitely recommend this hotel especially during the quieter months. Thank you to all the staff and Robyn, the manager (hope that's the correct spelling!) We had a lovely stay in your hotel!

Just returned from 10 days spent here with friends who have been a couple of times before. We found it to be excellent value for money, something some people should take account of before they start complaining! In this case we felt we got more than we paid for. October is nice and quiet on the whole so no trouble getting sunbeds at any time of the day. The pool area is very nice and the pool is cleaned every day. Really nice view across to the mountains, cardiac hill, side view of the sea and Santa Ponsa itself. Our rooms were nice and clean and towels changed every other day. All staff were helpful and friendly and the excellent continental breakfast was never allowed to have empty plates etc. The best toaster I have found in our many travels all over the world. A few minutes walk down a hill brings you to the centre square which is also the bus station, and where there are a lot of eating places. In easy reach of Puerto Andratx, a great place to visit, and several other beach places, there is also an airport bus and an express bus to Palma which takes you into the bus and train terminal if you want to make any onward journey. It's true that if you have inconsiderate neighbours it can be annoying and I think several rooms enjoyed one couple's end of the holidays bonk with accompanying sound effects, also at our age we would have liked a lift although when we arrived the helpful night porter ran up the stairs with our cases. Altogether a great holiday and we will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Room Tip: Nice to have a back room with a balconey. Due to it being North facing, no sun on room in October but plenty on the pool until late.
