Our overall trip was great. We were able to ski and enjoy with pir friends. The Kids and Baby club services were great for our kids. Julie was an outstanding professional going out of her way to make our daughter feel safe and excited to be there

A great vacation where everything was thought and prepared for you. Just come and enjoy. Especially we would like to mention Azu from the restaurant and Jony from the bar who gave exceptional service throughout the entire vacation. Also our ski instructor Sofia was excellent, challenging and teaching us on the slopes.

Great service, our restaurant hostess Azu was more than helpful , and extremely nice. The rest of the stuff nice and cheerful as always in club med.
Great vacation for family and friends.
The check out time was a bit problematic and not clear.
Would advise to send a message the day before to state the exact time.

My husband Rohit and I had our first Club Med experience this week and we loved it! Our daughter Piya particularly had a fantastic time at Baby Club Med and we never worried for her while we were out on the slopes.
In particular, Manon became our daughter Piya’s firm favourite and she looked forward to seeing her every day. All the staff who looked after her were incredible - Marie, Jade, Lisa, Melanie and Marie in particular.
We would be honoured to have the chance to have them care for our dear daughter again

Overall happy, good management, good people but they need to have more non-pork products available in the restaurant. staff were good, everybody working hard to make the clients happy. You can't really go wrong with Club Med...and this Club is being refurbed so was at the end of its life and still was more than satisfactory.
