This is a classic pub with classic pub food, but located in part of the restored fort at the Dockyard. Founded by a frenchman (frog) and a bermudian (onion) the fare is tinged with elements of both. Very nice lunch spot a little off the beaten path

Visited twice during our stay, the first being a quieter experience so the staff seemed to be more attentive and helpful, the second time there was the biggest cruise ship and the place was busier leading to staff being ruder and less attentive, having said that the place is full of charm and character, good food and cocktails, don't be fooled by the real ale though, if you are used to proper English ale you'll probably be disappointed. Well worth a visit, just try to go when slightly quieter.

Below average pub food. Located at The Dockyard. We stopped for lunch after taking the ferry from Hamilton. Our least favourite restaurant during our stay in Bermuda. Overpriced, tired and dingy atmosphere, poor service & very mediocre food.

We are disappointed we did not meet your expectations, especially considering the many many other extremely positive TA reviews. Thank you for your feedback.

Visited with friends for lunch, good food and great waiter service, very relaxing atmosphere and good recommendations of things to do and see on the island, we returns for another lunch as we enjoyed it so much!

If you have only a few hours in Bermuda then The Frog and Onion is a 'must'
Unique in it's own right as a pub/restaurant it is full of history and character.
The 'home brewed' St. David's lager went down a treat.
