Why are you choosing this hotel?

4.0 of 5 bubblesReviewed 15 Apr 2019
Because it's near downtown Madrid? It's not.
Because you have a car and can get around? Good because you need a car.
Because you like Eurostar Hotels? This Eurostar hotel was really great, clean, and very well kept, better than other eurostar hotels we have been to.
We were worried when we looked at the surroundings, near a factory, far from everything. But it actually was great. No noice, even if we were next to the freeway.
The hotel was really great for the price. A bit far from Madrid, downtown area, but if you have a car, it's not bad at all to drive out 20 min to the hotel.

We like the hotel because it was easy to get around to Madrid, Toledo, Segovia and little towns. The parking was easy and included. Breakfast buffet was great. Many options for everyone. Breakfast was very nice with cheese selections, breads, cereals, tortilla española, and good in price comparing to whatever you can find in the street. So a great pick me up to get you ready to travel around, don't waste time looking for another place for breakfast really.

Beds were comfortable, room nice and very clean, and bathroom big enough. Shower was strong and water heats up easy. My one complain was that from the two rooms, neither had a safety box that worked, and nobody came up to fix it.

There is a huge supermarket in a mall really near to the hotel. Gas station right next door.

Very comfortable hotel, staff very nice.

Used the hotel as a halfway stopover between Costa del Sol and Santander. The parking was underground, very secure. Our room was spacious and well presented with a nice bathroom. We had a good evening meal with good service, and the buffet breakfast was lovely. Would certainly consider using this hotel again.

This hotel is well away from the heart of Madrid and sits between two train stations so a taxi/uber is required to get to it.

The rooms are of a great standard and very well presented, the location can be noisy from the main road it sits alongside. We also had noise from the cleaning staff one morning ahead of their shift start at 7am which was a little annoying, this did not happen the next day though.

Great value for the style and level of accommodation, worked well location wise for us and would stay again

First of all, this hotel is pretty much in the middle of nowhere in a quite boring industrial area, but it was the closest hotel the the customer I needed to visit, it was the obvious choice. At first glance, rooms are quite spacious and clean although you do notice some imperfections as you look closer.
When I got in the room, it was freezing cold and it did take quite some time to warm up. The biggest disappointment was undoubtedly the television set; in order to change channels or volume, I had to stand right in front of the TV, otherwise the remote would not work. This is probably due to old batteries, but hotel staff should check this when preparing the room.
Other than that, the bed was quite comfortable and ok for a night or two.
In the morning, breakfast was alright and there were enough choices if it weren't for the bus of 80+ Chinese tourists who made sure hotel staff had a tough time keeping up with bringing food out... I felt bad for them as they had to run back and forth to make sure the breakfast buffet was replenished. Also, the hotel features free underground parking, which is nice if you arrive by car. It's not really a hotel I would choose for a family vacation but for business it will do.
In the evening, we also at the hotel restaurant as it was quite late and we were tired, but I do not recommend this restaurant as it was not really good and no dish stood out.
The hotel also has a happy hour, but it means a mere 15% off your drinks, so that's nothing to remember either.
Finally, the January rate was 49 EUR for a room, which is really not bad at all (but after my stay, the rate went up to 69 EUR already and I think it can only go up as the weather gets warmer).

Room tip: get a room away from the highway or busy street at the back of the hotel

The hotel was fine and the location perfect for us using it for an overnight stop. The staff were fine and helpful. However the description of a restaurant had a lot of “poetic license “ it was no better than a bar serving food. The menu was very limited although what we had was good, the wine choice was poor but what they had was acceptable, this was definitely not the standard that we have experienced in other Eurostar hotels.

Room tip: Ground floor with private garage
