Highly recommended at the price. 15 ~ 20 minutes to the centre of Madrid by car. Spotlessly clean hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good parking facilities. Excellent restaurant in hotel. Hotel is central to an enormous and busy shopping mall. The mall includes an Alcampo hypermarket, designer outlets, all sorts of fast food franchises, bars, IMAX cinema, 10 pin bowling alley etc. - You name it, it's there!

A hotel within a shopping mall might sound like a strange idea but after all, 4 stars at a reasonable price: you can't go wrong. Yes you can: old lousy decoration, dim light in the room, safe out of order, window overlooking a wall and a roof not allowing a glimpse of the sky makes you feel like living in a cave and that little extra which makes your stay even worse: there is a car park 'for hotel guests only' that you are not allowed to use, which leaves you with no choice but to park your car yards away on the supermarket car park. Stayed there for 3 nights. Never again.
I visited this hotel, area & madrid with my mum and was fairly disappointed with the service and lack of facilities in this '4 star' hotel. Breakfast had a brilliant range of cheeses, breads, Spanish meats etc but by 10:30 was all dried up and not very appealing. It was also rather difficult to even find a cup to pour a coffee in the dining room! The rooms were lovely and well equipped but I was not impressed with the services this hotel gave, it would not be given as four stars anywhere else..
... this is your hotel. Good location (not a quiet one) to a last minute shopping or meal, with a good ratio price/quality. The parking is free and in front of the hotel entrance, in the meddle of the shopping park. You just need to honk and wait.

This hotel was better than I expected after reading some of the reviews on Tripadvisor, it has secure parking and is in a shopping mall complex.
The room I had was actually a smoking room, quite bizarre I thought, but luckily it didn't smell. I did sleep okay on the large bed, the room and bathroom were very clean, so that was nice, and I didn't have any problem with the wifi after asking the girl in reception to help me get online.
The breakfast was good enough, didn't try the coffee though...
My only complaint, although not a problem when I stayed in late September was that the air conditioning didn't really seem to make and difference, so I turned it off, the room did seem a little stuffy, but in all it was pretty good. A short drive from Madrid centre, not sure on the public transport options best to check..
