... this is your hotel. Good location (not a quiet one) to a last minute shopping or meal, with a good ratio price/quality. The parking is free and in front of the hotel entrance, in the meddle of the shopping park. You just need to honk and wait.

This hotel was better than I expected after reading some of the reviews on Tripadvisor, it has secure parking and is in a shopping mall complex.
The room I had was actually a smoking room, quite bizarre I thought, but luckily it didn't smell. I did sleep okay on the large bed, the room and bathroom were very clean, so that was nice, and I didn't have any problem with the wifi after asking the girl in reception to help me get online.
The breakfast was good enough, didn't try the coffee though...
My only complaint, although not a problem when I stayed in late September was that the air conditioning didn't really seem to make and difference, so I turned it off, the room did seem a little stuffy, but in all it was pretty good. A short drive from Madrid centre, not sure on the public transport options best to check..
I thought I was coming to a typical hotel on a commercial centre, and as such wasn't expecting much. What a surprise then to find a well appointed hotel in a fabulous shopping centre. And (sorry Kathy) not expensive. The whole place is like an all inclusive holiday destination. No problems finding a restaurant here. There's one in the hotel and probably another 20 in the centre. Just don't go to Pizza Jardin!

Hotel Parquesur is located in Parquesur Shopping center in Leganes. Rooms are decent but somewhat small ( European standards), parking is free. Those are pretty much the "pros" of this hotel.
The "cons" are many; breakfast is not included (and is very expensive), internet requires a code to be entered every few minutes and speed is really lame (unless you pay extra) ; cleaning people can enter your room about 8AM without even knocking or just leave the room without cleaning until 3 PM (or even later); both things happened to me the same day with a baby sleeping.
There is no fitness center or swimming pool
If you consider that nearby hotels cost about 30% less; this place is not worth.

We have available differents rates, including bed and breakfast (buffet) if you would have preferred to.
Relating to our chambermaid, always called before entering the room.
Unfortunately the hotel does not have a gym and pool. We have a good agreement to the fitness center of the mall, offering a very economic price to all our guests staying at the hotel.

I stayed hereto work in the Parqusur shopping centre in Léganes Madrid Spain. Very convenient location for that,
but:
Very bad smell in the bathroom and romm hall. My clothes still have the smell. Lucky I could have the balcony door open all day and night.
Badly worn bathroom and room (cracked sink and tub, broken/bent holders, stained and burn-marked surfaces, stinky pillows).
The WLAN was free but had to be reconnected with new user credentials every 30 minutes.
Breakfast was sub-standard for the price and star category.
I was happy to get out and can still not believe that 24 hours before I had stayed in a gorgeous albeit basic hotel with fantastic breakfast for the same price in (expensive!?) Sweden.
