At first I am hesitant that I will not be able to stay long here but as soon as I enter the hotel the place is so clean and organized. Front desk is so friendly and helpful. She help me what I need and get my room ready. I like my room. It was quiet and not be able to hear the party at the pool. Room is very spacious and very clean. I stayed the same room for my 4 weeks of stay here in Lakeway. Love it!

Nice clean and friendly place to stay. We enjoyed our stay, our family was accommodated and well taken care of. Rooms were nice and roomy, restrooms clean and breakfast was awesome. We will stay here again.
Reasonable prices, above average service, super staff. Rooms are always very clean as are the hallways. Staff treats you like family. And the complimentary breakfast is so very convenient! We always stay here when we need a room in town.
Great property tucked away and great customer service! Kirt won’t steer you wrong!! You definitely will like location and plenty of eats around and a grocery store across the steeet! Can’t beat having a whataburger in walkable distance
This was our second visit to the Hampton Inn Lakeway and the experience was consistent on both occasions. The hotel is tucked away behind the Whataburger, surrounded by trees. It has a secluded feel to it and you could easily forget you're in a big city. The front desk staff are friendly, warm and professional, as well as being knowledgeable about the local area. We were upgraded to a suite which was very nice, quite large and modern. Overall a very good - and welcomed - experience.
My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. It was close to a lot of things (HEB, restaurants, gas station, the lake), but it was tucked away in the back so it was quiet. The hotel lobby was very clean, nice and modern. They had coffee, tea, lemonade and cookies and fruit - a nice welcome after a long drive. Breakfast was very good too a great selection from eggs and waffles to cereals and fresh fruits. Our room was was very clean and not cramped at all (although it felt slightly dated compared to other Hampton Inns we have stayed in). Mateo at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! We were looking for a wine opener and he pulled one out in a jiffy and was quick to lend us a hand when he saw that we needed some help. We will definitely stay here again when we come back this way!
