This hotel was priced to be an excellent value. The staff was was extremely courteous and friendly. Property was well kept. There was ample parking. Excellent selection of restaurants and shopping near by.

Deeply disappointed with the stuffy and mold growing room.

Room need refurbishment badly and please install a good recirculation system in the room and toilet.

To make it worse is that i cant open the window to air the room.

Hilton should be doing much better than this.

Stayed at this hotel while in town for a funeral. Very nice hotel with comfortable accommodations. Hotel was very clean with a large room and a comfortable king bed. He hospitality room snacks and beverages and breakfast was very good. Very convenient right off of I-59.

The AC/Heating system in these rooms is antiquated and very noisy cycling on and off changing the temperature in the room constantly. There was no way to turn the fan on as to prevent this recycling. Also beware a $50 is placed on your CC even though you have prepaid the room. They say this is for incidentals - however there was not even a mini bar in the room so "incidentals" did not seem to exist. They would not refund at the time of checkout, but said it would happen later in the week.

Theresa, it’s disappointing to learn your stay with us did not meet your expectations. We are truly sorry for the confusion regarding the $50 credit card authorization; it is usual to see this in full service hotels where you can post charges to your guest room folio (room service/bar/gift shop, etc.). This is stated in the reservation confirmation websites and communicated by reservation agents as well. It is my hope you will give us another chance, as we strive to provide all of our guests with a first-rate stay

Elevators don't work right (scary), you have to walk to an outdoor pool that appears to be added on as an afterthought (good luck finding it and when you do, be careful it just feels unsafe), parking is a joke! (worst parking EVER and NO security to be found!!), TV in room didn't work, toilet was broken, room phone didn't work, bathroom needed cleaning, room smelled musty. It says "hotel" but has the distinct feel of a "motel"
