Placed an order to go - The Mix crawfish, with corn, cajun fries, and garlic bread. Went to pick it up and waited more than 15 minutes without anyone evey acknowledging my existence. The waitstaff would pass by and not even look my way. I finally went up to the bar, and flagged down someone from the kitchen, who took my money, then I waited some more. Finally got my food. Garlic bread was stale - inedible stale. Corn was cold, dry, overcooked. Fries were cold and chewy because of it. The only thing warm was the crawfish, which was just ok. Never again.

I was here with my husband on Saturday. This place looks new; was not busy; but did have some customers. I decided to give it a try. I was not impress at all. I do not recommend this place. Note: there are many live crawfish boil within walking distance.

Pros:
Good location, inside shopping Hong Kong 4 plaza, next to Ocean Palace
Staff speak English
Seems to be variety of food
Fair price

Cons:
Extremely dirty restroom (then I wonder how clean the restroom is)
More than 20' waiting to receive just 2 lbs of crawfish.
Food was very greasy and not hot as what crawfish boil should be
Staff seems not efficient and not friendly
Average to poor customer service

My wife went with the lemon pepper crawfish and I chose the garlic butter crawfish. My wife loved the lemon pepper and the garlic butter was excellent. I also bought shrimp fried rice; very good, but pricey for the amount. $9.99 what appeared to be less than a quart of rice. Crawfish was $7.99 a pound. Sides like potatoes and corn are extra.

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Great service! We will return. Might try some of the fried seafood next time.

Good crawfish, reasonable priced, and reasonably big. The real thing that I love about this place is it's BYOB. You can even bring liquor. They give you a big plastic tub full of ice for your beers and even little plastic shot glasses if you want. I liked the Thai basil flavor a lot. Will be back.
