The positive side of this cabin is that it was in quiet neighborhood, no traffic, and was close to Pigeon Forge. When we arrived we drug bottom in our large SUV when turning into the drive. There was a large wash-out from recent rains, a small car would've no doubt been damaged getting into drive. There was trash scattered about the parking area as well as in the woods. A "critter" of some kind got into the trash every night we were there and scattered it. Trash cans needed to be in a metal box like at other cabins where we've stayed. The inside of the cabin wasn't clean (very glad I took some cleaning supplies). Trash under the futon in the front room, large black ants in the kitchen, etc. The couch pictured on website is in game room, not in front room. It has several rips and tears. There was an old futon in front room that sagged almost to the floor. All the downstairs furniture was old and very outdated. The kitchen table and at least one chair was broken. We ran out of hot water before getting enough in the upstairs hot tub to make it work properly. We also found food under the upstairs bed. The decks were littered with trash as well as leaves/sticks. We did not feel it was worth our money. The owner needs to update pictures at least yearly as this cabin didn't look anything like the pics! We have no complaints with Aunt Bugs, the staff has always been very kind, friendly, and helpful. The owners of this cabin need to do some major updating/cleaning! Would definitely use Aunt Bugs again, but wouldn't rent this cabin!
