We took a spontaneous trip, so we booked the hotel literally 5 min before we arrived. It was one of the cheapest in the area and was a very nice stay! The staff was very pleasant. The room had recently been remodeled and looked very nice and clean. Not too spacious, but served its purpose. Wasn't anything exceptional or exciting, there was a a/c unit in the room opposed to central air, but worked well. A few posts we looked at complained of advertised breakfast and then not having one. When we checked in, the lady said it was a light breakfast- cereal and bagels. So all of that was ok with us. And a great location.
The only weird and frustrating thing we encountered... Somehow, from 100 ft from the main highway of pigeon forge, all of our cell phone signal was lost. They had wifi available, but it was very spotty and sometimes we had ok strength and sometimes, not at all. Not the biggest deal, but frustrating.More
