good breakfast , clean room, very reasonable rate it was mid week and mid season . The lady at front desk was very nice and offered us later check out that we later declined, only negative at all was minor but access to the road was somewhat limited,and entrance a little hard to find, overall a good experience, for us it was just a place to sleep to get an early start for bike ride in Cades Cove.

Room 209 The room has a moisture problem. This means there was mildew spots on the ceiling, in the bathroom, and on the furniture. The room had an musty odor that accompanies such problems. In hind sight, we should have stayed anywhere else but this room. Sometimes not being a complainer is not a good thing. Hope the hotel addresses these problems since I made them aware.

Nice motel, clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast. We brought our small dog with us and experienced no problems at all. Did hear some barking from other dogs, but only when people were in hallway, which can be expected. Swimming pool was very nice and very clean. Overall very nice place to stay and we would definitely stay here again.

For as much time as went spent in our room, this was perfect. It’s directly across the road from Wonderworks, The Hard Rock Café, and The Grand Ole Opry. The staff was very friendly, the bonus for us was that it’s pet friendly.

This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed out in our entire lives first off we way overpaid for our rooms which we didn’t find out what the normal going rate for these rooms was until it was way to late. Their needs to be ice machines on every floor, Maids were extremely noises, the walls were paper thin that you could hear everything going on in the hall and in the rooms beside you. Didn’t have a shower curtain liner which caused a lot of issues, the lighting in the room was horrible their wasn’t even a bedside lamp, the wash clothes and towels was rough as sand paper and the smell in the hallway was terrible. We was completely dissatisfied and miserable with our entire stay their but with rooms being sold out at current hotel and all the other hotels on the parkway due to an event in town this was our only option that’s the reason we took the room.
