We came into Pigeon Forge for a quick getaway for our son's birthday. This was the first time staying here. Check in was very easy. When we got to our room, it was cold (we traveled in December). We set the heat and ran out to grab dinner. Upon returning, the room had not warmed and we called for maintenance. He showed up rather quickly and determined we need a whole new unit and we were given the option to move rooms. Luckily we didn't have a lot of belongings and we were able to move right next door. We really appreciate the quick response and customer service. The hotel was very clean and they had activities during the day for children centered around the Christmas holiday. They do provide a buffet breakfast. I never went down but my son and husband did. They said it was very well managed and taken care of. It was the usual fare; nothing outstanding but in the time of COVID, for a hotel to provide breakfast that was nice. Gloves had to be worn. The only down side I can give is that the beds were very firm. But if you like a firm bed, then you have come to the right place. If you have children interested in a water park feature I would give this place a try in the warmer months. If you want to stay in the same building that houses the breakfast buffet and the indoor pool, then pick the original building. You have to walk outside if you stay in the "newer" building to get to these amenities. Overall, we were happy with our stay.
