we stayed here on our first trip to Nashville and I cannot say enough how friendly and helpful every staff member was here! We travel a lot and have plenty of hotel experience, and I can confidently say that their level of customer service, amenities, and our overall experience have made us loyal to the Loews name and will stay at their locations where ever we can! Even a year later I called with a question and was greeted and taken care of like I was still a guest in their hotel. Love love love companies that treat their customers with the upmost respect and do everything they can to help!! We also really enjoyed the hotel bar and bar staff. Being able to charge our drinks to the room and take them with us was a huge plus!

Can’t say enough good things about our stay. The staff were over the top friendly and attentive. They truly make you feel that your stay is important to them. They are all friendly, knowledgeable and provide a personal touch. The concierge department is excellent. They assisted with purchasing tickets to events and arranging dinner reservations. They provided great tips and ideas of what to do in Nashville. You can walk to downtown in about a half hour. We did it several times and when we didn’t want to walk we took the complimentary valet. We just returned from our vacation and the only thing we are not happy about is that we had to go home.

Between the always friendly and accommodating staff, the lovely room and public spaces, and the variety of amenities, this has become our favorite place to stay when in Nashville. We splurged on the couples package as well as upgrading to a premium room when a discount on upgrading was offered. The room was beautiful and immaculately clean, the prosecco and chocolate covered strawberries were delicious, the valet parking was convenient, the staff were wonderfully helpful. Highly recommend.

It is simply a bit too dated. It could be the fact that Nashville has grown at an exponential rate and left these hotels behind that were built a bit far away from Broadway, or the fact that the company simply isn't willing to pump much more money into this hotel.
Staying here isn't cheap and it certainly is far removed from the hot spots of Nashville. when I was there, one of the elevators was broken and it took a long time to shuffle people up and down.
The rooms are a bit dated. They're still comfortable, with a nice bathroom (which looked like it was recently renovated)
Overall, i don't recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Nashville. I would rather pay a bit more for a bit less and be a bit more central.

Our stay was great from beginning to end. We loved the Club Lounge with Isaiah on hand to assist us. The food was delicious and made the upgrade cost so worth it. Our room was on the top floor, super clean and comfortable (amazing mattress)! Location is very central to all we wanted to see in the city. Judy (Mason's) and Javier (front desk) also made our visit more enjoyable. We will definitely recommend Loews to others!
