Close to shopping, great restaurants, and the famous Bluebird Cafe. Valet parking was friendly and efficient. Hotel is beautifully decorated with super helpful staff. We were so excited to receive an upgraded room!

I have stayed here every time we visit Nashville which is several times a year. The Staff and Hotel have always been great. This time however was not the same. I booked a double queen in advance and even checked in early thru the app. When we arrived we were told there were no queen rooms available. I'm an Elite Member and the membership program guarantees the room you requested. We were told by the front desk guy that there were not any available but they would put us in a King with a sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa was horrible. We even tried placing it on the floor to see if that helped but it didn't. It is a very small twin sleeper sofa. Not suitable for an adult. The room looked tired and unkept. Previous stays we were always welcomed by all the staff and they always did whatever they could to make our stay great. I don't know if it is new management or just the hotel aging but it is definitely not the quality it was 6 months ago. We noticed when we stayed in April that it was going down but this time was very evident.

Room Tip: Stay away from the sleeper sofa

This is a very nice property in the Nashville Green Hills area. The hotel is convenient to nearby shopping, restaurants, and other area activities. The staff is what you would expect from Marriott (and the south) - friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and modern; the bed was incredibly comfortable. The only downside was valet parking was the only option and expensive. I would not expect this from a neighborhood hotel. us only option so can be expensive. I would stay here again if in the area.

The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. They switched our room within minutes of our asking, and continued to reach out and give us advice on where to visit in Nashville. Grace at the front desk even lent us 2 umbrellas when we were caught in an unexpected downpour ! The bell hops were friendly, the food in the Bistro was very good, and we loved our room. This hotel is also really conveniently located. We took an Uber downtown and it didn't take long at all. We also walked to the mall, and had lunch at Panera - very convenient, since we didn't rent a car this trip. The pool was really nice, but we didn't have time to use it -- we were in Nashville for a wedding.

Room Tip: We loved our room - spacious for the 3 of us (our daughter was with us)

Impressive building. Nice staff. Room fairly average, but comfortable. Furnished nicely. Valet parking, if you wish. Located in a nice neighborhood. Easy Uber to some very nice restaurants is you don't have a car.
