Description: Tavern is the city's cool-casual, "gastro-pub" concept. Established as a local "foodie favorite", the inspired cuisine is fun and creative, yet accessible to most any palate. Tavern's bar features an extensive list of wines, spirits, beers, and dazzling cocktails. Both cozy and socially stimulating, Tavern's posh wraparound booths and mezzanine seating offer great views of the energetic bar scene. Fourteen TVs display all the important games, and our DJs spin music and videos later in the night. A large, bi-level patio offers al fresco dining and socializing. Tavern also offers private rooms ideal for special events.

The menu was a nice change from the usual sports-bar fare. The potato chips seemed to be home-made (not sure most places make their own) and were tasty. There is a good selection of craft beers and lots of the regular brands as an alternative. I went with the short-rib tacos. They were tasty and moist. Overall a good experience.

Or is it a bar/restaurant that is full of TV's with sports on? Either way, this place was fairly crowded on a Monday night! That's a good sign! We came in for dinner, had a chop salad and Grilled Mahi street tacos. Taco's were a bit salty, but fine. Beer is cold and a large selection. Salad was great

This is a great bar in the Midtown area on Broadway and seems to be a favorite among the locals there. We were staying at the Hilton Garden Inn right up the road so it was nice and close. When we go there our room was not ready so we walked down towards that area to find a place to grab brunch. We saw tons of people outside on the patio section and it seemed like a popular spot so we went in. The bar was packed and seemed very lively and we were able to get a seat for the 2 of us up in the covered patio area. Very cool place to sit because you are up behind the bar and a great place to watch people.

They have a great menu there with some good cocktails. Our server was very friendly and helpful letting me know some of the local bourbons they had. Great place for sure.

I arrived in town for a fun weekend with three friends and we found this place right around the corner from our hotel. We walked in on a Friday night and were lucky enough to find a table, immediately. The place is really cool with outdoor seating and large windows that open into the restaurant. It was very nice weather, so it was great to sit inside with the windows open. We started with some beer, skipped the appetizers and went straight to dinner. I ordered the tavern burger with fries and it was all excellent. Others in my party had the seoul burger (excellent), turkey b.l.t. (excellent) and the lettuce wraps (good). All of the food was good and the service was great. It was great, casual atmosphere for a small group. The prices were fine, too.

We planned to eat but when we arrived (6 in group) it was very loud but not too crowded. Everyone in our group thought the menu too limited with little that appealed to us but I am sure some will like it as it was recommended to us.
