This hotel was top notch. We will be staying here again. Close to everything, shuttle gets you down to 5th and broadway. Morning crew for breakfast was outstanding. Marit never let my coffee get cold and kept it full. Super friendly. The whole staff did a great job. Rooms were large and clean, easy parking. Thanks for a great stay.

Front desk was very friendly and accommodating, we had breakfast and our server Hany was amazing, very friendly, prompt great service. Hany made our stay even more memorable. Hilton obviously hires great staff members and it shows everywhere throughout the Inn. My only negative is it cost $31.00 for parking per day, otherwise GREAT JOB HILTON TEAM.

Stayed with my husband for our 5 year anniversary, we had traveled from the Boston area to have some kid-free fun and to see the Titans/Patriots game.This hotel had everything we needed! It was a short distance to the downtown fun but since the weather was a little damp and chilly we utilized the shuttle a lot. The drivers were always responsive and took us wherever we needed to go. We ate at the breakfast buffet each morning and were fortunate to have Hany as our server more than once. His level of service is like a 5 star restaurant! When we mentioned we were celebrating our anniversary he brought us out a fancy dessert. The front desk staff were super helpful as well, and patient when we kept misplacing our room keys (oops). Overall this was a great stay, the rooms and property were clean and welcoming, and the bed was actually really comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Easy to get to off I-40 and convenient to Vanderbilt and Belmont as well as midtown and the downtown area. New, clean hotel with great service. Great lobby, nice bar area. Rooms are good sized with fridge and coffee. Pretty views of downtown without the noise.

Having such a wonderful service from Marit and what about Those eyes!!! They opened the buffet in advance just for me hihi! The waffles are fantastic and the staff is kind with everyone. I enjoyed the shuttle that brought me downtown. Really convenient!
