Traveled to Nashville for a special 50th Birthday Dinner at the Catbird Seat. I love staying in Kimpton's and had not yet had the opportunity to visit the Aertson. It was amazing. They always make you feel special and this time was no exception. We arrived to a bottle of Prosecco and the most AMAZING red velvet cupcakes I have ever tasted! We got to enjoy a bit of the cocktail hour and they were serving fried okra with pimiento cheese dip...good lord it was delish! The chef from the Henley came out to visit....we will be adding his restaurant to our next trip. Such a friendly and laid back place to stay. Nashville has gotten out of control and this was just far enough out of the crazy to enjoy a relaxing and special visit. Thanks to their amazing staff.

The Kimpton is conveniently located on Broadway west, near Vanderbuilt. It's a long walk to lower Broadway but doable. There are many music options close, music row and a really great time at Winners and Losers near by. The rooms were spacious and clean. It has a modern feel and it was reasonably priced in a city that has become ridiculously expensive to stay in

Room tip: There are bars near by, plus a major college. We didn't hear a thing, slept like a baby

We had a girls weekend in Nashville and loved everything about this hotel. It is across from Vanderbilt campus which makes it feel like you are staying in a college town. And you have a place to get away from crazy Boulevard! It is a quick 20 minutes from airport and an easy 10 minutes by Uber to get downtown. One morning, we walked to the Ryman downtown so there is even that flexibility! The pool is fabulous. They had a free wine tasting event and we took our samples to sip by the pool. Beautifully decorated and excellent service.

This hotel is a gem. The rooms are comfortable and decorated with a modern flair (down to the yoga mat in the corner), the service is prompt and friendly, and the free coffee in the morning and free wine in the afternoon is a nice touch. Only problem we had was they checked us into a room that was not yet clean but they volunteered to take a little something off the bill to compensate. Made us feel like they cared if we had a good experience. Location is fantastic too - walk to Vanderbilt campus and nearby the nightlife.

Came for a birthday trip with my boyfriend and casually mentioned that when we checked in. We came home from dinner our first night in Nashville to a chilled bottle of champagne and cupcakes!! What a wonderful surprise!! The staff was friendly and attentive to our every need. The location is also PERFECT. It's in the heart of everything and you can walk to tons of restaurants and bars. The pool and pool bar on the 8th floor is super cool and we had a nice relaxing afternoon there. The entire experience was SO great, this is absolutely the hotel we will stay at our next time in Nashville!!
