A beautiful property right on the promenade!
The property is in an excellent state of repair and very well maintained with all of the necessary amenities. The sea views are perfect!
Will definitely be looking to book the property again.

It is a great act of unselfishness to tell you about this wonderful property as my first instinct was to keep the information for myself and my friends ... so it wouldn't be completely booked up!
But it's more fun to share it with the world. This little house has everything you want and more! Sea views from two floors and it's just a hop, skip and a jump away from the beach itself.
The house is modern and beautifully cared for and just a little bit quirky which added to the charm. I felt like I was in a Jack Vetriano painting. I loved sipping a glass of wine on the balcony while the waves rolled in.
It's not far from the station and as the trains take you north and south along the coast it isn't essential to have a car. Add to this a couple of really good restaurants in Tywyn and the ease of reaching neighbourhood shops (around the corner by the caravan site or up the road by the station) and all you need is to pack your case.

The Accommodation is spotless, well-appointed, and in the most perfect location. What is there not to love. We are ready to book in again and we are still here. Thank you for this bit of heaven. We have already recommended this holiday house to our friends.
