My Mother in law recommended Portmeirion as lovely place to stay and she was not wrong. I have just spent the weekend here with my sister and I look forward to returning with my husband hopefully in the not to distant future

The food and service in the restaurant were excellent, a real treat. We were very fortunate with the weather and the views in the morning were absolutely stunning.

Explore all the paths & woodlands as well as soaking up all the quirky features of the grounds, gardens & buildings. A beautiful & colourful village with the added fascination of ‘The Prisoner’. BSY.

Fabulous, unique place to visit with stunning views. Accommodation in The Village is of a high standard and quirky, not like anything else you will find! Iconic place to visit, not to be missed. Food in the restaurants in the hotel and Castell are of high quality and delicious.

The Portmeirion app was really helpful as a preview before our stay. I can’t recommend Portmeirion enough. We had an absolutely fabulous stay in early December. We stayed in Upper Pilot, a village suite and it was delightful. Newly refurbished, wonderfully comfortable and superb views across the estuary and parts of the village. When you step out of your room you are right there in the village. Food is excellent. Free transport on demand to get around if needed. Stunning location. Plenty to see and do. A gorgeous and interesting retreat. Relaxing and special.
