Wonderful family hotel with friendly staff, ample car parking , ideal location.
We travelled as family of 4 , the rooms were spacious , with nice decor and storage.
B.fast menu was the classic one with Veg options and Dinner have lots of veg options.
B.fast time 7-9 and dinner till 8:30/9. There is a seperate bar area also.
It’s a 1 hour drive to Lalnberies station of SnowDonia Mountain.
A really nice small hotel. The stand out feature is that staff - every single person is very friendly, welcoming and nothing is too much trouble.
The hotel itself isn’t luxurious but it’s clean and the facilities are all ok. Overall I’d definitely recommend it for a stay.
First, the staff at this hotel were exceptionally friendly and the food was excellent. As one of our group also commented the hotel ‘ ..was clean and comfortable’. The staff were quick to rectify errors.
However, some of the rooms required T.L.C. and had maintenance issues on taps etc.
The owners would be wise to have improvements made to some of the rooms.
If I could grade it GOOD I would as very good is overly generous.
However, we thoroughly enjoyed our short break in a lovely part of the U.K.

The food was amazing with generous helpings with quick service and very nice staff.
We were made very welcome in the bar area also.
5 star plus for service and great staff
A Gem, bar was full of colourful locals who welcomed us, managment were awesome and our room was snug, cosy and freshly decorated. Food was brilliant and breakfast was served by order.
Don't listen to the moaners who want 5 star at 2 star prices, this place is great
