“Perfect!”

This was everything that we wanted as a family; plenty of space for everyone, including the garden which was beautiful during the sunny evenings. Having three different families in one place can often be challenging but this house allowed us room to be away as well as closeness to be together.

Having three small children (4 years to 10 years) the location was excellent being a short walk from the beach, skate park and shops. All the amenities were excellent in the house and correspondence with the owner has been great.

An family holiday which will be remembered forever!

Thank you x

Lovely location with a fabulous view. Easy walk to the beach and village. Family really enjoyed Abersoch, shame house was disappointing.

“We had a comfortable and relaxed holiday in Trem Tudwall.”

A comfortable and spacious big bungalow that suited the three generations in our party. The views from the decking were amazing and the garden great for barbecues. Everything we needed was there - except we couldn't gain access to the garage to find the barbecue.
All was clean, tidy and in good working order.

“Dissappointed , property dated and needing TLC”

The good points were both the location and size of plot. The bad bits were the dated appearance of the bungalow inside and out ,the fact file greeted us with things to do in 2011 so that paints a picture!
Whilst advertised for 9 guests there was insufficient space and chairs in the lounge for all to be seated. Cutlery , crockery and saucepans left much to be desired.
The staircase to the upper floor was positively dangerous because of the steep pitch so much so a family member is still nursing bruises having slipped down the stairs.
Garden furniture was tired and the metal chairs rusty and there was no useable barbeque.
It was an expensive rental and really more was expected of it. Perhaps the owners could take heed as there is so much potential in the property---sadly not realised for us though for our stay in 2015.
