My family of 5 stayed here in a double-queen room for 1 night in June 2015. The location was close to the sights we planned to see (Graceland specifically) and was in a secure location, though in an industrial area. The beds were comfortable, staff were pleasant, and the breakfast in the morning was more than adequate with a good variety for all! Would highly recommend!

Nothing fancy just a clean, bug free, quiet, place to stay. Elisa at the front desk is very friendly. Only complaint is they were out of conditioner. Not a big deal. The area does not have heavy traffic so there is not alot of noise. Definitely would stay again.

We stayed at this hotel last week. The first thing is noticed was the foul attitude of the front desk manager (a female) who had a snappy bad attitude. Also, the staff used the ongoing renovations as an excuse for everything that was wrong, from phones not working, to outlets in bathrooms not working, to not providing meat (bacon, sausage) at the breakfast. The rooms weren't that clean, either. My room had what appeared to be blood splattered on a wall by a lamp, and the bathroom vent dripped water and didn't work. While the hotel is in desperate need of renovations, but it's the staff's attitude that needs renovating. Customers should be treated as guests, not as dollar signs. If the staff at this hotel doesn't like doing their jobs, they should quit or be replaced with people that actually enjoy providing friendly and helpful customer service. Also, the owners were there inspecting the renovations while we were there and didn't seem to care about complaints. Maybe when people get the word out about how badly your hotel is run, you'll get the picture and mirror better Comfort Inns in other parts of the country.

This was just what we needed.... After having a bad experience at a hotel near the way we found this at around 10:30 at night after driving over 800 miles. The clerk who checked us in, Elisa (I believe was her name), was a great breath of fresh air, giving us a warm smile and jokes as she checked us in for the evening and asked us if there was anything else we needed before sending us on our way. The hotel was not a five star hotel by any means, but it was great for a overnight stop (and even longer if we had the need). They were doing obvious ongoing upgrades as the hotel smelled of a slight plaster/paint smell, which was easily tolerated. We stayed in a King Suite with a Jacuzzi and let me tell you, it really hit the spot. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and everyone was very friendly and hospitable to us. Even as we were checking out the next morning, Elisa sent us on our way with a warm smile and again asked us if there was anything we needed before beginning our next days trip. Great stay, couldn't of asked for better.

Room Tip: King Suite w/ Jacuzzi was a perfect room for even a couple just looking for a romantic comfortable night.

The room was noisy and smelled of smoke although it's a non smoking property. The bathroom was fine but not great. The desk clerk at check in took forever and recommended a taco place nearby for dinner. The taco place was horrible and the neighborhood did not feel safe, at all.

The breakfast attendant had all the food out when I left in the morning for the airport so I grabbed a plate and picked up a roll. She immediately yelled at me that they were not open yet and I needed to leave. I left all right and I'll NEVER be back.

Room Tip: Do NOT stay here for any reason.
