we stayed for 3 nights, hotel is amazing, rooms fantastic, iron, hair dryer supplied, lovely pool and Jacuzzi area, most staff very friendly, and right next door to Graceland.
There is also a KFC and Burger bar just across the road, and a petrol staion supermarket for basics.
down side
meals were expensive, and service not very good, had to eat a cooked breakfast with a spoon, as no cutlery, by the time it arrived we had nearly finished.
Bar was very expensive, $49 for a bottle of house Red, without tip.
no where local to buy wine or beer, take it with you.

had a great time though and would stay there again, Graceland was amazing as was the river boat trip.

Room Tip: we had 4th floor over looking the pool, very nice, don't do ground floor or views of car park

It was a pleasure to host you for your three-night stay Warren, and we thank you for taking a moment to share your experience. Staying at our unique resort definitely provides a chance for our guests to relax, recharge, and getaway to a intimate Graceland experience. We were thrilled that you were able to make yourself at home in our comfortable guest room accommodations and thoroughly enjoyed your adventures at the Graceland mansion and on the river during your Mississippi River Cruise. Outside the cozy confines of your guest room, we were pleased that you found our staff members to be genuinely friendly and attentive in helping to create a memorable experience for you. We do regret the lapses in optimal service that you experienced, especially while dining with us. Please know that this is truly not indicative of the level of warm southern hospitality that we pride ourselves on providing for each and every one of our valued guests. We have shared your feedback with our management team to ensure that any appropriate corrective actions are implemented to alleviate future issues. Should your travels bring you back to the Memphis area, we would love to have the pleasure of welcoming you once more to The Guest House.

FIRST Staff my wife spoke to was rude and dismissive of her question. RECEPTION was very good and provided adequate information. ROOM was ok but not cleaned adequately on 3rd day. Staff in EP bar and grill was woeful and obviously did not want to be there. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.I refused to give a tip, it was so bad that they should pay us to eat there. I note managers reply to previous reviews regarding poor service and poor staff but he/she is obviously not doing anything about it. If manager cares to contact me I will be happy to discuss full details. This is the 12th hotel we have stayed in on our trip across USA and the worse for staff interaction.

Thank you for sharing your feedback of your stay at our hotel. While I am pleased our reception team met your expectations, I am disappointed to read about the other interactions you had with some of our staff members. Your experiences were unacceptable, and do not meet the standards we aim for. I hope that you will reach out to me directly so we can discuss your concerns in greater detail than this forum allows. Thank you and I look forward to speaking with you.

The hotel/resort is beautiful! The grounds/pool are great. Lots of outside seating with a fire pit in pool area. Games on lawn. So relaxing to have a drink on patio. Staff very friendly. Room beautiful! Worth it! Elvis next door.

Thank you Rosemary for choosing The Guest House at Graceland as your Memphis accommodations during your special mother/daughter road trip! It is always a treat to read about our guest’s own personal experience at our one-of-a-kind resort that honors the celebrated legacy of Elvis Presley. Thus we were delighted that you thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of your stay and felt at home in our comfortable accommodations. All of our guest rooms have been designed to emulate the living quarters of the Graceland mansion, bringing to life a long held dream to have a place for friends and family to gather while visiting. We appreciate your kind words for our staff and their level of genuine warm southern hospitality and are proud that we made the whole experience memorable and “worth it”. We hope that the next time you are planning another mother/daughter getaway, you will think of us as we would be delighted to welcome you both back ‘home’ and provide you with another memorable stay fit for The King.

I would highly recommend this hotel. This room was spacious and the hotel staff did a great job cleaning it every day. It is only steps from Graceland. The only hiccup we had was breakfast in Delta’s restaurant. It is poorly run. The buffet food was not replenished and the waitress clearly was not trained properly! Also the shuttle to Beale St. should be complimentary and we should not be charged $20 since they already charge $10 a day for parking.

Hotel was beautiful and rooms were clean. All staff but 3 were really rude to me and my wife. We stopped at the lobby bar and the 2 people behind the bar looked at us and walked away then talked to everyone at the bar but us. The e&r bar and grill was really slow to get us our food. 2 hours of waiting. The waitresses were awsome though. We winded up getting our food and drinks free so the waitress received an excellent tip just because she was awsome when everyone else was crappy to us. Will not be back there again.

We apologize that your stay did not meet your expectations and we hope that we may have the opportunity to provide you with an exemplary visit in the future.
