“Delightful seclusion for two.”
Reviewed 18 October 2015 for a stay in September 2015

A wonderful place to stay if you are seeking peace and solitude, and at the same all the creature comforts of modern, well-appointed, accommodation. We couldn't have wished for more in a truly memorable two week stay.

“Paradise Revisited”
Reviewed 1 September 2015 for a stay in July 2015

3rd visit to Skye Croft, always spotlessly clean. Whether a singleton or couple you will not fail to love this nature wonderland,as long as you appreciate lots of wildlife and amazing peace. The Croft is great as a Base for exploring Skye, or when you get the occasional rain shower, a super place to chill out and watch the seals playing.

“Amazing croft and lovely area”
Reviewed 25 May 2015 for a stay in May 2015

If you are looking for a romantic relaxing time away this croft is perfect. It has everything you need and is decorated to the highest standard. There is also a little separate house outside with a BBQ and seating in it which we didn't use but would be fantastic in the summer. There was a little island off the peninsula that had about 30 seals on it one night and I would also recommend the Brigadoon boat trips in Portree and the Talisker distillery was a nice wet day trip.

Me and my partner stayed in this beautiful little croft back in february
the croft is spotlessly clean and the furnishings are of great quality
there is everything in the croft you could possible need the bathroom is also beautifully decorated and the under floor heating is heaven in the morning
when we arrived gail had left a lovely little present of wine and little cards of the croft "a very nice touch"
the views from the croft are breathtaking even when the weather is at its worst
we toured most of the island on our visit but the weather was really poor but we never let this spoil our stay
after a day touring the island in the wind and rain it was great to return to this little cozy haven
and throw some logs on the wood burner and pour a large malt whisky
we will definetly be returning to this great little house
its a little gem you have created here Gail

“SUPERB SKYE CROFT”

On arrival at Skye Croft it was spotlessly clean and very welcoming. All furnishings are of excellent quality and both bed and sofa are very comfortable. The Croft is in a wonderful location and has everything you need for a self catering holiday. The log burner makes it very cosy even if the weather is bad, and the heated floor in the bathroom was great. We saw seals swimming on a daily basis and numerous sea birds. If you walk to the end of the peninsula (around 10 mins) you see even more seals. I counted around 30 the day before we left, they were all bobbing around in the sea looking at me on the rocks, it was an amazing experience.
The croft is in a wonderful location for touring Skye. We toured all around the island, Skye is an amazing Island and hopefully we will return one day. If we do we will definately stay at Skye Croft.
