Lovely hostel - really friendly staff - great location.
Very clean and amazing powerful, hot showers! Exactly what you need after a long drizzly walk. And the dinner was delicious! Recommend it.
Be prepared for groups of foreign students/school children. There's plenty of communal spaces so generally not a problem but a fellow walker was put in a room with them and was kept up all night.

I stayed with a tour group and they housed us well. The environment was welcoming and got to know many people! I would definitely go back and stay there! Great staff and meals provided were good as well!

My husband and I recently stayed at Morags Lodge and were totally blown away with everything they offered.
The breakfast was fantastic fresh, hot, tasty and plenty to offer. The home style evening meals were incredible value for money. The Haggis and Lasagna meals were lovely. The quiz night and friendly bar atmosphere was lovely. The prices were again great value!!
The Lodge was clean , beautifully presented and again the facilities amazing!!
All of the friendly staff were incredible and went out of their way to make our stay very special one we will always remember!!

We recently stayed at Morag's Lodge on the last night of our Haggis Aventures trip and everyone was lamenting the fact that we couldn't have stayed there every night of the trip. The lobby, bar, and dining area were quite beautiful, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and after a serious lack of outlets in our hostel the night before, we were all super thankful to each have two outlets at the head of our beds. The wifi didn't really reach our room, but to me that wasn't a huge deal in the grand scheme of things. The food they served at dinner was delicious and the portions were huge for the price, and the bar was so much fun and had a great selection of local drinks. Also, the staff were really nice and friendly. The hostel was sort of nestled in a forest and it was beautiful, and there were lots of places to walk and explore. I wish we had stayed here longer, and was sad to leave the next day.

Had an awesome stay during our Haggis Adventures tour, 3 day Isle of Skye. Stayed for 2 nights at Morag's Lodge. Staff were great: Lucy was bartending, Becks was doing breakfast/dinner, Ian was really helpful at the front desk. There was also Charlie, he was cool, not sure what his specific job was as he hung around a lot in his trackie pants and talked about mermaids. Thanks Guys!! Note: Just kidding about Charlie. He was actually really helpful and good to have a laugh with. Just trying to get him in trouble with Claire! :D
