The ate here on a couple of occasions during our stay in the local area. It is a beautifully located pub and restaurant with great views over the bay if you are fortunate to get an appropriate table. It has a good menu of pub classics and other dishes including a choice for vegetarians. The veggie chili was good through the vegetarian lasagne seemed rather lacking in vegetables. - basically a tomato sauce. The haddock and chip dish was intriguingly inconsistent in size. On the first occasion, portion size was excellent - two pieces of haddock and a good portion of chips which was reasonable value for the price. On the second occasion, the plate had one modest piece of haddock and a relatively small portion of chips which was not good value. Clearly chefs vary in their approach to portion size! Serving staff were very friendly and the place is pleasant.
