Sent a complaint email in December and have had no response.
2 ladies were left standing at Glasgow airport car park for over 2 hours in sub zero temperatures from 10pm waiting on the arranged transfer (paid for) and it didn’t arrive.
Hotel not interested, please don’t use
Room was extremely hot, couldn’t turn down as the valve was broken, had to leave window open, the noise was unbearable, very small and cramped, they left us stranded at the airport for an hour , only sent one taxi, it was the middle of December and extremely cold, unacceptable service avoid this hotel
was in 2weeks ago on business rooms small but enough for 1 person had breakfast and it was amazing lots of stuff to choose from chef in and out changing stuff. was in last week room was pitifully and the breakfast was plated and it was horrible how can everything change in 1 week definitely won't be back
Delicious food (both in the evening and at breakfast), comfy accommodation, great entertainment and friendly, helpful staff.
All the live acts were great. We loved the piper at midnight playing Auld Lang Syne and other traditional favourites.
This is our second New Years experience and we’ll be back for a third.
Xmas day at the Normandy was great. Entertainer was brilliant and the service food and buffet laid out were all excellent. Great value for money and the staff worked hard and were all pleasant. Much better than the Glynhill last year. Santa even came and all the kids got a present. Would recommend it for next Xmas,
