We are just driving home from a fantastic stay in jasmine cottage. Really quick communication with the owners from the minute we booked it and welcome on arrival. Lovely starter pack left in the kitchen of bread, milk, tea and biscuits. Lovely and clean. Warm open living space and clean airy bedrooms surrounded in the heart of Dorset countryside. We have walked lots despite the mud! Close to the George pub in Chideock (that do great oven pizzas on a Thursday) and Seatown Beach with another great pub the Anchor. Great open garden and games room with new equipment. We also had just an amazing Japanese meal made by the owners Saturday. Beautiful food, all brought in beautiful authentic bowls and chopsticks and all collected again afterwards was a real treat and experience. We shall be back. very well equipped cottage and very reasonable pricing.
Thank you so much

We stayed in Foxglove Cottage for four nights over half term. The pricing was reasonable and the communication with the owners was prompt.

When we arrived we were greeted by one of the owners who was very welcoming and polite. He advised us that any problems at anytime just knock on their door, but we had no need.

Once inside the cottages it was nice and light with a large open lounge and dining area. The sofa comfy, with a reasonably large TV Inc Freesat and a DVD player.

The kitchen was well equipped and a little starter pack of Dorset Tea bags, local biscuits, milk, bread & butter.

The bathroom is located downstairs also.

Upstairs were the bedrooms, one double and one twin. Mind out for the low beams !

The cottage is well sited for trips. Bridport is about 15 minutes east and Charmouth the same to the West. Seatown beach is around a mile away from the cottage.

The night sky is amazing clear with very little light pollution, my you boys had never seen such a starry sky.

The games room entertained the boys although the equipment is a little worn and not in perfect working order.

The enclosed communal garden is spacious and in the summer would great (It was very cold when we stayed).

We would definitely consider returning again.

We were recommended Hell Barn cottages as a good place to take our dogs. Everything about the place was lovely including the hosts. The cottage was very comfortable and well-equipped. The garden was huge and the dogs loved it too. The location was perfect - so many delightful walks right on our doorstep. There are several lovely pubs within walking distance which serve food and welcomed the dogs. We will definitely be revisiting Hell Barn cottages!

We stayed in Jasmine cottage for a week in August. We booked the accommodation so that we could be in close proximity to our friends who hired the cottage next door. It couldn't have been more perfect; we had plenty of space, the kids could move freely between each house and the fabulous gardens and games room as the premises are gated off. The cottages had everything that we needed, even milk and biscuits on arrival. They were beautifully clean and relaxing. Fabulous accommodation, thank you.

Fantastic location (providing you're happy to drive most places) as at the end of a lane so minimal traffic and great location to explore that part of the south coast. Lots of animals and safe area to play for our 2 year old containing swings and indoor play area.
Also had the Japanese one evening which was a great experience.
Bathrooms could do with a little updating, but rest of the cottage was very clean and spacious.
