We enjoyed our stay. It was well equipped and quite comfortable for five adults and a toddler. Everything worked and it is a short ride to popular North Devon resorts of Illfracoombe and Woolacombe. We found parking for our second car at the top of the hill in the council car park (£12 for 4 days) a bit of a trek but only 10 minutes if you're fit. It was too breezy and a little cold to sit out on the patio but that is where you get the amazing sea views. Roads are narrow in this area so you need to drive with care and not be in a rush. The car park space at the house is also a bit short for a large estate car like ours (C4 Grand Picasso) but thankfully no passing cars hit the protruding boot. The walks to Morte Point and Bull Point are right on your doorstep and it was tempting to do them every evening. Seals were basking on the rocks at low tide. A memorable holiday and we might do it again.
