Visited Rosemary Cottage with extended family, six adults (including two elderly grandparents) three children and our dog, Lola. Grandparents enjoyed the privacy and comfort of the annex. Good sized, well equipped rooms on both floors but kids feel TV is in need of replacement, a little temperamental but happy with the Wi-Fi! Good location, nice walk along the Tarka Trail(once you get to the main road) to Instow, with a lovely dog friendly beach. Westleigh Inn does tasty pub grub with very large portions but service a little slow at busy times. Many good dog friendly surfing beaches close by including Bude, Woolacombe and Saunton Sands. A most enjoyable holiday.

Just back from a week at the lovely Rosemary Cottage. O. ur group consisted of 5 adults and 5 children 9 years and under. The cottage is comfortably furnished - the only drawback was the carpets were beige which was a bit of a nightmare with the children. The kitchen is well kitted out with all you could ever need. Patio area to the rear with lovely gardens. The village itself is very quaint with a lovely pub serving good food and a great beer garden with a play area. Instow itself is walkable with a few lovely eating places our favourite was the Instow Arms. Plenty of supermarkets nearby and lots to do with the children. A great time was had by all!!
